Delete Your Account

You have the right to request deletion of your account and personal data at any time.

To request deletion of your account, send an email to our data privacy team. Include the email address associated with your Your Churches account so we can locate and remove your records.

  • We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days.
  • Your account and personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
  • After deletion, your account cannot be recovered.

Certain information may be retained after deletion where required by applicable law, for legitimate legal or regulatory obligations, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. This may include:

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws โ€” including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) โ€” to request access to, correction of, portability of, or erasure of your personal data.
