How do I sign in to the app?
The Your Churches app supports Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In. Tap "Sign In" on the welcome screen and choose your preferred method. No password is required.
How do I find my church in the app?
After signing in, use the church search on the home screen. You can search by name, city, state, or denomination. Tap a church to view its profile and connect.
How do I add or claim my church?
Tap "Add Your Church" from the home screen and fill in your church's details. Our team reviews new submissions and will activate your church profile within 1–2 business days. Email keith.mccormick@yourchurches.org if you need expedited review.
How do push notifications work?
Church administrators can send push notifications to members for announcements, events, and prayer requests. You can manage notification preferences in the app under Settings.
Is my giving information secure?
Yes. Donations are processed through trusted third-party providers (Tithely or Stripe). Your Churches does not store credit card or bank account information on our servers.
How do I report a bug or app crash?
Email keith.mccormick@yourchurches.org with a description of what happened, the steps to reproduce it, and your device model and iOS version. Screenshots or screen recordings are very helpful.
What iOS version is required?
The Your Churches app requires iOS 16 or later. We recommend keeping your device updated to the latest iOS release for the best experience.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion at any time by emailing keith.mccormick@yourchurches.orgwith the subject "Delete My Account". We will remove your account and associated data within 30 days.
